As I was re-listening to this podcast to make sure the audio is ok, I found myself saying over and over, oh that is GREAT information for someone getting into cyber.  Mark is the co-founder and COO at Alphawave and has a ton of experience responding to large incidents and running teams that do that.  I enjoyed chatting with him about what it takes to succeed in cyber and also why if you are in cyber you should learn jiu-jitsu!
